Measure sends sign-in emails from [email protected]. If one doesn't arrive or its button doesn't work, you can always set a password yourself from the login page.
Set or reset your password
Go to app.opteraclimate.com and enter your email address.
Choose Forgot password.
Open the email from [email protected] and follow the link to choose a password.
The email didn't arrive
Check your junk, spam and quarantine folders.
Ask your IT team to allow email from [email protected], then request it again.
Still nothing? Your account may not be set up yet. Contact your Green Project team.
The button in the email doesn't do anything
This usually happens when your IT team blocked the email and forwarded it to you, which can strip out the link. Use Forgot password on the login page instead.
Moving from Account50
Your Measure sign-in is separate from Account50. Use Forgot password with the same work email to set a Measure password. If no email arrives, your Green Project team may still need to add you to Measure.
