Your act50 Documents: Statement of Sustainability and Retirement Statement

After purchasing EACs through act50, you'll receive two documents at different points in the process, both uploaded directly to your act50 account.

Issued within a few business days of your order being placed, this is your interim confirmation while the actual certificate retirement is being processed. It includes the volume of renewable electricity purchased, your order number, the cost, and confirmation that Green Project Technologies is processing the retirement on your behalf.

Use it for internal reporting, leadership updates, or audit purposes while you wait for the final Retirement Statement.

This is your final, authoritative proof that EACs have been cancelled in the registry on your behalf — the document you use for Scope 2 reporting and to meet your customer's renewable energy requirements. It includes the type of EAC, country of origin and consumption, technology (solar, wind, etc.), vintage year, generator ID, volume in MWh, the act50 order number, registry, retirement date, and a unique serial number range assigned exclusively to your organisation.
