Provide your spend data as an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv) or a PDF export from your accounting system. The data should show spending by category or supplier, and clean cells for each row.
Organising Your Submission
You can organise in one of two ways. Category-level data groups all spending by category with annual totals β it's the fastest to prepare and usually sufficient. Supplier-level data lists each supplier and how much you spent with them, which provides a more granular view but takes longer to prepare.
Before You Upload, Check That:
All amounts are in the correct currency
Totals match your company's annual accounts
There are no duplicate or overlapping categories
All data covers a complete 12-month financial year period
Category names are clear and consistent
