How do I assign internal owners to supplier?
Assign internal owners to manage supplier engagement.
As you embark on a supplier engagement campaign, we know this can create a lot of questions and communication.
The reality is you probably have colleagues internally who already own the relationship with those suppliers (for example category managers or vendor managers). If you want to indicate who owns that relationship so they can help you engage the supplier, you can now do that in Green Project Technologies.
Here’s how to set it up:

In the top right corner ↗️, click on your initials icon, then select “Invite user”.

Enter your colleague’s name and email address, then press “Invite”.

Your colleague will receive an automated email from Green Project Technologies inviting them to register on the platform. Note: they don’t need to register for you to assign them as an owner.

Go to Collect → Supplier data → Engagement. You can now assign them as an “Owner.” You can add multiple owners if needed.

If they don’t register on the platform, you will still be able to assign them so you can keep track of ownership. They’ll appear as an unregistered user (for example, sandy@acme.com).

Owners assigned to suppliers receive a weekly summary of engagement stats and suggestions for what they can do to increase engagement.
