v1.43.1 of Green Project was released on July 25, 2025 and included the following updates
Invoicing with act50
- Admins can now enable invoicing on a per-Supplier basis.
- Suppliers can request an invoice at checkout.
- Invoice generation includes confirmation of billing addresses and tax numbers.
- Once the Supplier confirms the generation of invoice, it will be automatically downloaded, and a notification will be sent.
- Suppliers can access and download past invoices via the Order History page.
- A "Download Invoice" button has been added to the Order Details view in the Admin Portal.
- Invoices now include product-level details along with per unit pricing.
- Product configurations and pricing models are synced between act50 and Chargebee for consistency.
- Order status updates now reflect the invoicing process more accurately. When the supplier generates the invoice, the order status changes to “Generated”. After payment is completed, it moves to “Paid”. Once the admin uploads retirement certificates and completes the workflow, the status updates to “Completed”.
Enhancements
- "In Progress" orders are now shown as Draft and can be re-opened to continue an order that is in progress.
- Alerts have been added to monitor automated Talos pricing updates.
- The GP tablet has been removed from the pricing of products on Admin Marketplace.
Bug Fixes
- Dashboards are now showing no data when a category is not selected from the filter so that there is no confusion.
- The error “user does not exist” on new Supplier creation through supplier link has been resolved.
- Incorrect percentage Renewable Pending values have been corrected.
- Invalid postal codes are now handled properly.
- Currency rounding for JPY has been fixed.
- Pricing update issues in the Admin Marketplace have been addressed.
