Formatting Your Expenditure Report
This article applies to users not using automatic integrations to collect data from their financial accounting platform.
Please upload a file or files that include all purchases made by your business during the relevant reporting period, categorized into purchase types. In general, our platform can process output files from most ERP and financial accounting platforms, though some file formats may require additional time due to our data cleaning and integrity process.
If you don't have an existing expenditure classification system (either one you've developed internally, or one provided by your accounting platform), you can use our expenditure report template as a guide.
