Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to Collect / Supplier Data
Go to your main navigation menu
Select Collect, then choose Supplier Data
Open the Suppliers Table
Scroll to locate the Suppliers table
Move horizontally (if needed) until you find the Owners column
Select or Invite an Owner
Click the dropdown in the Owners column for the supplier you want to update
Choose from the list of existing users, or click Invite User to add a new team member
Assign Multiple Owners (Optional)
You can assign more than one person to share ownership
Simply check the boxes next to each relevant user’s name
Remove an Owner
To remove an owner, click the dropdown again and deselect the current owner(s)
