Bug Fixes
Resolved an issue where the Employee Commute survey would display 0 when using specific emissions factors.
Users are now able to enter 0 to override utilities data when using the Download and Fill feature.
Logistics (Upstream/Downstream Transportation and Distribution) now displays the correct emissions factor units.
Resource Type for bulk adding/editing resources is no longer case sensitive.
Editing a facility no longer prevents users from adding resources.
